No news, no news. Just remember to go to the shows that are coming up, remember to celebrate Christmas, even if you are not a practicing Christian, heck! Even if you're a devout Muslim, hell with it! Get into the spirit! and remember to be more entertaining next time, maybe then you'll have a chance.

I know I should have better things to do with my time - and I do, really I do. Nevertheless, I've been meaning to revamp the shoppin' page for a while, and finally I've done it. Not everything we have is listed there, but it will be soon enough.

Someday I'll write about that Beat Kitchen show, mark my words!

Big things: Tim's just released a solo EP on Three Lobed Records, something he recorded at home & mixed at Electrical and - and I haven't heard it yet, it's just come out. Three Lobed puts out these subscription-only EPs every month or two or three, Tim's now put one out, it's called "It Goes Like This" - and the only place you can buy it is here.

Just to keep you guessin - we've also recently finished recording some songs, also in Tim's basement, also mixed at Electrical. We'll see if they ever come out, I expect they will. Nothing new - cover songs, they're cover songs! played on guitar and mandolin! - but they sound alright. I'll keep you posted.

Also: it looks like we're heading back to the West Coast in early January, this time with Consonant and Chris Brokaw, playing the same three cities we played last time, but this time at prices even the most wildly destitute CD-player-owners can afford. Fucking hoot! It's not set in stone yet, so don't panic if it falls through; I'll keep you posted on this front, too.

We are playing a show tomorrow night, I think you know that by now. You should try to get there as early as possible, as the Beat Kitchen has delicious food, and the opening acts should be worth your while. And if the opening acts don't do it, the stimulating party atmosphere will have you walking on air!

I hope to see you there.

Go to the show at the Beat Kitchen next Friday! It will be fun, I assure you. We're going to play lots of bizarre old shit, some of which has NEVER BEEN PERFORMED LIVE, EVER. So go to the show, and in the meantime, watch the new Silkworm video... and shit, now the phone's ringing and I've got to go!
