So I spent the evening figuring out "Ritz Dance" because it was easy, and also for the world wide debut of Bitter Hag, but it's been done! I should have checked.
Then I went for "Plain" but I had to pass on F# minor. I like to take the easy way out.
I noticed how equal the bass and guitar are, though. They carry the same weight. It is hard to seperate them, which is not true for many many bands, like Audioslave, for instance. I just heard that smokey ballad that they play, and the RATM (that's cool for Rage Against the Machine) guy's guitar solo was shocking. Basically, everyone stops what they're doing so the RATM guy can blaze through a huge solo. I think it is the worst, most embarassing guitar solo of all time, but what do I know? I haven't heard them all.
Anyway, the new plan is to round up some wine jugs, fill them with water, and get some dudes to blow out the bass line to "Beyond Repair." Then it would have jugs producing jugs, which would be satisfactory for me.
Mr. T, if you don't get it from me by February 17th, I'll have failed again!
