I wanted to send my regards to the family and friends of Michael. I only knew Michael from the few dozen rock shows I saw him play. I considered him a musical hero and in my mind a close friend. He always went out of his way to connect with fans. He looked like a giant octopus smashing his drums! I'll always remember the joy he gave to so many!
